Are you a son, a daughter, a father, a friend, a husband, a wife, an elderly, disabled, gay, black, white, a hermit, a smart one, a dumbass, or a complete crazy. It doesnt matter what title or label you use; you are firstly a, powerful, unique, amazing, special, capable, couragous, mighty, talented, transformative soul, living in a bag of skin.

We all experience severe pain, crises, trauma, with end it all feelings, leading to depression, loneliness and all sorts of bad and sad stuff, and we all have the desire and the power to move through it. Change is coming whether we like it or not, it's inevitable. Past can be hard. Pesent can be stagnant. Future can be anything you want.

Are you moving towards your goals and dreams, taking action and making positive moves, (and I mean making mental moves, not just phyiscal) or are you moving to the couch, with shame, loneliness, regret, sadness, anger, and living in fear?
